Workmanship Guarantee
All work carried out by Remastered Roofing is backed by a written workmanship guarantee. If anything we've installed or repaired fails due to our workmanship within the guarantee period, we'll return and put it right — at no cost to you.
Guarantee Periods
Guarantee lengths vary by job type. Full roof replacements and new installations carry our longest guarantee periods. Repairs and smaller works are covered for a shorter term. Your written guarantee certificate will state the exact period for your specific job.
Materials Warranty
In addition to our workmanship guarantee, many of the materials we use carry their own manufacturer's warranty. We only use reputable, quality-assured products — so you benefit from both our guarantee and the manufacturer's coverage.

- Ridge tile, hip tile and verge failures from our work
- Flashing and leadwork failures installed by us
- Flat roof membrane failures from our installations
- Fascia, soffit and guttering installations by us
Not Covered
- Storm, wind or extreme weather damage
- Damage caused by third parties or other tradespeople
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Pre-existing defects not identified at time of quote
- Damage caused by blocked or overflowing gutters
- Structural movement or subsidence
