Storm damage is a particular area of expertise. After high winds, tiles can slip or break, ridge tiles can lift and lead flashings can pull away. We respond quickly to storm damage calls and can carry out temporary weatherproofing if a full repair cannot be completed immediately. All storm damage repairs are fully insured and we can provide a detailed written report to support an insurance claim if required.

We always try to match existing tiles and slates as closely as possible when carrying out partial repairs. For common concrete interlocking tiles this is usually straightforward. For older clay plain tiles or natural slate, we source from specialist reclaim yards and tile merchants to get as close a match as possible.
